Ames ! j ELMORE. 0—Funeral services/ -I for Ward 0 Ames, 60, Flint, 'Mich, will be held Friday*at 1 30 p.m.- in the Groves and Company Memorial Chapel there, The body will be in the Sabroske and Myers mortuary afrer 7 p.m. Friday where friends may call. Services will be held in the mor¬ tuary.Saturday at 1 p.m, with the Rev. Paul E. Fisher, pastor of Si.Paul's Trinity Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery, / t<? L> - i f & / The native of Elmore was bora December 26, 1900, son of the.late Welby and Stella Oster Ames. Resident of Flint for 46 years, he was retired from the Buck fac¬ tory there. He lived "in Alliance" before going to Flint. Mr. Ames died unexpectedly Tuesday in Flint Osteopathic hospital Surviving are one sister, Mrs, Eric (Liela) Petersen. Flushing, Mich,; mo aunts, Mrs Edlthj Ames and Mrs. Edith Wood, both of Elmore, and several cousins. He never married. The deceased was a member of Kearsley Evangelical-U.B. church and the Flint Movie club.
