J. 0. Atwater Dies Suddenly
OAK HARBOR — (Special) - James Orland Atwater, 82, for¬ mer Oak Harbor resident, died un¬ expectedly of a heart attack Sun¬ day afternoon at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Corinne Her¬ man of 2061 Wascanna-ave, Lake- wood, where he had been making his home. &-6~/-fSl
His body is at Robinson funeral home, but calling hours and funeral services are not yet announced. Mrs. Herman underwent surgery Saturday, and setting of time for the services will depend on whether she is able to come.
Mr. Atwater was born in Oak Harbor August 10^ 1877, and was a member of Masonic lodge No. 495 and Ancient and Accepted Scottich Rite, Valley of Toledo. His wife preceded him in death. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. J. D. Hoffman of Fenton, Mich., Mrs. Lester Finken of Oak Harbor, and Mrs. Glehdon Gresgr man of Oak Harbor; two daught¬ ers, Mrs. M.C. cinnati, and six grandchildren. One daughter, Beatrice Moore, is dead.
Atwater Rites Thursday At 2
OAK HARBOR —(Special) — Funeral services for James Or¬ land Atwater, former Oak Harbor resident of Oak Harbor, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from Robinson's funeral home. The Rev. G. F. Shoup will officiate.and burial will be made in Union cemetery.
Mr. Atwater died Sunday in Lakewood. Masonic services will be held at the funeral home at 8 Wednesday. £^$-/f5~f
