Mrs^; !Mary Anderson, wife of An¬ drew Anderson, corner of West Fifth and Canal street, quietly passed into that vast "'beyond at 12:15 Wednesday morning, January 23, 1929. Mrs. An¬ derson's health has been failing the past yearj." and during the last month she hadf been gradually growing weaker. * Death was due to complica- tions. V t- ¦
The Andersons- had been residentsv of Port Clinton since 1893^ when Mr. and Mrs: lAnderson and their eldest six children. came to America from Denmark, -coming here directly. Ten children ^were born to this union, five of whom ^preceded their mother^ in death. Two sons gave their lives dur¬ ing the World war.
Twenty-five years ago the Ander¬ sons moved into their present home. When their son, S. Anderson's wife died he returned to make his home with his parents, bringing his daugh¬ ter, Dorothy, with him.
The funeral will be held Friday af¬ ternoon at. two o'clock in the Peace | Lutheran church, Rev. Paul Hansen will officiate. Interment will be made in Lakeview cemetery. x
Besides her husband she is survived by four sons: Chris, Oak Harbor; Frank and Andrew, White Plains, New York; Sandy, at home; one-daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Alma) Stull, Port Clin¬ ton, and twelve grandchildren.
