TOLEDO YOUTH DROWNS OFF WEST SISTER ISL
Eighteen boats from yacht clubs in tills territory and the coast guard station at Mairblehead were search¬ ing Irake Erie his week, for the body of Edward Arnos^Jr., 31, of 2274 Gienwood avenue, Toledo, a University of Toledo student, who drowned Saturday night while sail¬ ing \%tith a party of friends to West Sister Island. Mr. Arnos, according to witnesses* fell from the ih'oat in the darkness while attempting to walk along the j side of the bow. He was wearing a leather jacket and heavy overcoat and was believed to have been unable to; swim because of the weight oif his clothing. to- yi O - I **J* 3 I
The party was on its way to visit' Mr. and Mrs. George Gamphier, light- j house keeper on West Sister Island. \ The era/ft was three miles off the island when the tragedy occurred.
The victim is the son of Edward M. Arnos, president of the Securities Jng„ Ohio bank building ,Toledb.
