Mrs Eliza, wife of our respected oit^4 zen, Allen Anspach, died at her home Friday morning, after a lingering illness of some 15 weeks, with long tiouble,, The fim^nrtoemenfe came to our citizens ^ wit htm t shook, as the demise of Mrs"; 8 Anspaoh has been hourly expected for^ some days. None-the-less, however, our people are cast in gloom for the loss of a good woman, noble in all of her deeds and thoughts and respeoted by all of her hosts of friends and acquaint¬ ances. Always, when in health, an earnest worker in thechnroh and among the needy, she will be missed the more.
Her hnRband and children, who knew her best and will miss her most, baye the sympathy of the entire community.
Eliza Anspach was born in Sandusky J county, Aug. 21, 1842, being 58 years] and 20 days of age. She was married in November, i860, at Fremont, and came to Oak Harbor two years later. She was the mother of seven children, Simor, Perry, Elmer, Hattie Olara, Maty and Edgar; three only of whom are living, Perry and Elmer Anspach and Mrs. Wm*. Kratnb, The funeral was held from the M. E. ohuroh, Sunday morning at 11 o'oloofc, son time, Rev. Armingtdh, the pastor, and Re v. Sprung, of Lindsey, officiating,
