Funeral services were held for
Mrs. Wm. Depner, 70, Monday,
July 7, at St. John's Lutheran
Church, Rocky Ridge, Rev. H. E.
Troge officiating. Mrs. Depner
died from a heart ailment last Fri¬
day at her home on the Ryor Road
north east of Elmore. Interment
was in Union Cemetery, Elmore, in
charge of Sabroske and Myers.

born May 7, 1877 in Westfalen,
Germany. In her earliest child¬
hood she came to America with
her parents and settled in this
vicinity. She was confirmed in this
congregation and was a life long
member of St. John's Church and
was also a loyal membe r of the
Ladies' Aid Society.
On August 28, 1919, she was
united in marriage with William
Depner. She is survived by her
husband, also three sons, Albert
and Wm., Jr., of Toledo, and Reed,
who lives in Indiana, and two���daughters, Mrs. Ethel Kline of
Rocky Ridge and Mrs. Herman
Poscharscky of Toledo .Also sur¬
viving are thirteen grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Depner lived in Elmore and
vicinity her lifetime after com¬
ing to America. In later years she
was afflicted with heart trouble
which ultimately was the cause
with which God called her to her
Eternal Home.
