Mrs. Blanche May Doren, 73,
wife of Roswell E. Doren of 521
W. Third-st, died this morning at
Magruder hospital where she had
been a patient since Dec. 15.
Well known through her acti-
ties here on behalf of Goodwill
Industries and other charitable
organizations, Mrs. Doren is sur¬
vived by her husband, Roswell; a
daughter, Mrs. Aravella Cottrell
of Toledo; a son, Meredith 0. Sav¬
age of Maumee; a sister, Dorothy
Weiss of Toledo; four grandchil¬
dren and one great grandchild.
She was born in Henry county

Her body is at the Sanders
funeral home. Services are not
definitely arranged, but the Rev.
Paul Reese will officiate and burial
will be made in Mt. Pleasant
cemetery. Mrs. Doren was a mem¬
ber of Eastern Stars, Rebekahs,
and Trinity Methodist church.
