I, George Sting aged 31 years, do hereby agree to be, and do become the Substitute of Andrew Warner, a militia man drafted in Montgomery County, Ohio, pursuiant to General Orders No. 99, of the War Department, dated Aug 9th, 1862, and I do hereby incur and take upon myself all of the duties and obligations which my principal is, or would have been subject to, had be personally served under said draft.
